Aspect Four Demolition are not ones to shy away from a challenge by securing the façade retention on three elevations of the former Muswell Hill Police Station. The remaining structure will be demolished to make way for a stunning build project for another of our repeat clients. Located within the highly sought after Fortis Green conservation area of Muswell Hill, the locally listed red brick building, branded ‘Station House’, will provide nine luxury residences comprising of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

The project will comprise:

  • Temporary works façade retention on three elevations
  • Both licenced and non-licenced asbestos removal
  • Full demolition of the remaining structure
  • Reclamation of key architectural elements for re-use on the development

Ideally situated close to the shops and restaurants of Muswell Hill, Station House is a 10 minute walk from East Finchley Underground Station providing transport links to the City and West End. The area is within the catchment of a number of outstanding schools and the open spaces of Cherry Tree Woods, Highgate Wood and Queens Wood are within walking distance.

Aspect Four aim to complete this project within the time limit set by the client, this means when all the work is completed the construction phase can continue and be completed ready for sale in May 2017.
